I am a single mom, business owner, artist and adventurer who has struggled with anxiety and panic disorder for most of my life. I have purposely put myself into situations that have tested my bravery and courage to help me battle this lifelong issue. I am not a stranger to fear, however fear will not know me. I find strength in everything I do, from running a business to raising a child. Even though fear can rear it’s ugly head from time to time, I vow to slay fear with my lionheart spirit. Living alone in the Santa Cruz Mountains for many years before my son, taught me how to survive during El Nino winters, downed trees and power outages. Now as a woman reaching my 50’s, I have wandered into a new kind of territory - the dreaded middle ages! I want to embrace my age with bravery and beauty. Raising my son is the greatest accomplishment I have achieved in my life. Showing him how to be brave in the face of fear is what gives me strength. I am a Lionheart, we are all Lionhearts!
